Mina's poem is finished, but the mood is completely and utterly wrong, so i just have to fix that up, edit it, and then i will post it. Alex's poem, i have just started but it will still be a few weeks before you get it

here is a poem that i randomly wrote a few weeks ago, after reading the host
The Host poem Takeoff:
I wish I didn’t have to go,
To take someone’s life that wasn’t mine,
To feel someone’s pain as I took their life,
Life was changing, but it still wasn’t fair.
I wish you didn’t have to go,
I’d give you my life if it belonged to me,
To see your fear and distress wasn’t pleasant,
Life was changing, but it still wasn’t fair.
I wish we didn’t have to go,
To pass through endless lives and feel endless pain,
I’d gladly have a life of my own one day, if I could,
Life was changing, but it still wasn’t fair.
